We lobby for the interests of the Danish food cluster across a plentitude of policy domains – from trade policy to climate action. In doing so, we work to secure our industry’s strong position in Denmark, Europe and globally by promoting sustainable intensification of climate efficient agricultural productions, and by enhancing partnerships across borders.

Membership in Copa & Cogeca
The DAFC is member of Copa & Cogeca – the umbrella organization representing EU farmers and farmers owned cooperatives across 27 Member States. Copa & Cogeca maintains regular dialogue with the EU institutions – the European Commission, European Council and European Parliament.
Membership of Copa & Cogeca is of great importance for the DAFC; throughout the years, three DAFC Presidents have served as Presidents of Copa. Our office in Brussels serves as permanent representation of DAFC to Copa & Cogeca.
